with title companies and building inspectors to expedite and track pay
requests. Notify and assist subcontractors as to payout requirements.
Compile
close-out documents including manufacturers’ and subcontractors’ warranties,
drawings, surveys, and final cost analysis.
Work
with Construction Managers on preconstruction activities such as setting up
utilities, fencing, trailers, and port-o-lets.
Work
with village officials regarding site compliance. Collect supporting
documentation such as on-site photos and represent as agent for owner in court
appearances.
Familiar
with due diligence, title / underlying documents, updating surveys, and
recording of documents such as NFRs (No Further Remediation) and plats.
Process
electronic invoice billing to U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
